Supporting Integrative Change. Discover how to harness the unique strengths of your team.
Prism provides a broad range of off-the-shelf and tailorable training designs for leadership and personal skill development. With a twenty-five year history of working with clients the Prism library is very extensive. Attached is a listing of our Infinite Choices (IC) curriculum in the topic areas of’ Managing and Leading Others’ and ‘Communicating with Others.’ The IC curriculum is comprised of short, mostly 3 to 4 hour, modules on focused topics. Clients can select the modules which represent the highest need for development to support the organization. Prism can offer facilitators to deliver the training to participants, or train client internal trainer resources for delivery. Each module has a facilitator guide and materials. Prism can assemble IC modules into full day or longer designs if desired.
Prism offers one day and longer leadership development, beyond the scope of the IC modules, on topics including emotional intelligence, 360 Degree feedback and coaching, change leadership, finance for non-financial managers and advanced leadership concepts through our Magnetic Leadership experience.
Prism's primary focus is building curricula focused to meet specific development needs for our clients. This can be the development of management talent or specific skill sets like teamwork skills or fostering innovation. Success in creating change is rarely created by a single event, more often a series of development activities for those growing into new roles or for those in various roles to learn the deployment of new tools and skills.
Prism can help clients meet needs at every level of their organization. Our work often includes surveys, assessments, coaching, formal training events, needs analysis, and facilitating effective teamwork. The common element in all of Prism's client relationships is our overriding dedication to supporting the pathway to increased, sustained success.
Prism employs a systems approach, whether we are facilitating strategic change from the beginning - and at the highest levels of an organization, or fostering new skills at the front line of the organization.
