There are a few principles that guide every meeting or learning event we design and facilitate. You can think of them as Prism’s core principles. They also serve us well as ground rules for participant engagement.
They work like MAGIC!
Mindset – Expect a positive result and you’re more likely to achieve one.
Accountability – Take personal responsibility for your words, actions and contributions.
Growth – Know that you are not limited by your natural strengths. You can become competent in new areas by being intentional about experiential learning.
Influence – Be cognizant of your current Spheres of Influence and Control (©David Hultgren 2017), and by focusing there, expand them. Avoid focusing on things you can’t control or influence today.
Collaborate – The best results are achieved when you assertively share your own ideas while at the same time openly listening to understand the perspectives of others.
